Cancellation Policy

All regular bookings must by cancelled by 4 pm 48 hrs prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Failure to provide 48 hrs cancellation notice will result in a charge for the 1st night.
Failure to cancel and subsequent non arrival to the hotel will result in a charge for the missed night of the reservation booked.
Special rates: ie advance purchase or non refundable rates are charged upfront at the time of booking and are non refundable in an attempt of cancellation.

The booking deposit is non-refundable and is charged to your credit card at the time of 'make reservation' submission. The booking deposit will show as 'Net Affinity, Dublin' on your credit card statement. The remaining charge is payable to the hotel directly.
